Jen was born and raised in Illinois and lived in Palo Alto through her High School years. As a high-level runner, she received a scholarship to Montana State University. There, she earned a master's Degree in Sociology. Upon completing her education in 1998, she returned to the Bay Area, where she and her husband raised their four children. Jen is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise. She specializes in functional strength training, body sculpting, speed and agility, interval training, and athletic conditioning. She is also a Nutrition Coach and Running Coach through the Road Runners Club of America. Jen works with clients of all ages and emphasizes setting goals and achieving results.
