I have been training at Village Fitness for a litter over four years, and have lost over 50 lbs since beginning. My husband now trains with me and together we are both feeling so much better. Todd has less pain and improved strength and flexibility and I am continuing to see and feel the results of all my hard work. It’s fun to have a loving and supportive “training buddy” to work out with. We help motivate each other to get to the gym and together are working on a healthy lifestyle. My favorite motivation from the trainers is “persistence and consistency”. I am really glad that we found a workout that we enjoy and can stick with!
