- Fresh rosemary
- Mixed olives
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mini mozzarella balls
- Olive oil, flake sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper
- Start with a round plate. Lay a ring of fresh rosemary around the edge of the plate creating a “wreath.”
- With the rosemary in place, fill in with mixed olives, cherry, tomatoes, and mini mozzarella balls. Stack as much as you can while still maintaining a wreath shape.
