We want to thank all of our Members for your ongoing support over this past year. Without you, we would not have been able to keep our business open through the Pandemic.
With the roll out of the vaccines and the gradual reopening of our business, many are starting to feel “alive” and hopeful again. There is a sense that, the worst is behind us and that better times lay ahead. Though this is true, we must continue to “stay the course” and follow the recommendations our health experts until we are truly “out of the woods.”
As we begin to bring more people back into the gym, we are continuing to practice social distancing and all CV-19 safety and cleaning protocols. Our Staff has really stepped up to the challenge and are committed to meeting your health and fitness needs. We will continue to offer our Online and Outdoor programs as we gradually resume our prior indoor schedule.
We feel so blessed to be surrounded by such motivated, positive, and caring people and truly cannot wait to see you all, in person, again.

Dear SVF community,
I hope you are well and enjoying this beautiful weather we have been having. It is hard to believe that March has come to an end and that April has now begun. This past year has been tough for us all, but we survived and all of us here at SVF are excited to welcome you back to in-person training and continue to assist you in your pursuits in fitness, health, and wellness. It was announced Tuesday March 30th that Santa Cruz county has officially moved to the Orange Tier, which allows for certain businesses (including gyms) to expand indoor capacity to 25%. We appreciate your patience regarding our limited capacity the last few weeks as we worked within the limitations set by the Red Tier. Luckily, moving into the Orange Tier means we are able to raise our indoor training capacity!
